Bold, innovative and just a tad naughtier than you would expect, Honey Birdette are in the market for a range of specialist roles within retail boutiques! 

These roles will be given to applicants with superior sales skills, who are passionate about the Honey Birdette culture, and who want to take part in growing the Red Carpet experience that we give to our customer every day. These roles may be fllled by candidates based in Australia, USA, or UK.

Pleasure Parlour Specialist  

• For our toy queens! Who love to spend their time at the toy wall, and can confidently lead a tour that leaves the customer/s knowing exactly which toy would be best for them… and what to come back for when they are looking for more.  
• Never misses the opportunity for a double toy sale... or ttriple!  
• Confidently talks customers through our products, but also WHY adding a toy to their life can bring pleasure and level up their orgasms 
• Expert with the care and enhancement add ons that go with the toys (cleaner & lubricant) and sells these as well as they would a toy instead of just treating them as an add on  
• Is able to maintain confidence through a toy tour and control at the toy wall for a variety of customers across genders, sexualities and experience level.  
• Results required: Consistently high toy unit sales, maintains toy cleaner at 50%+ to toy, maintains lubricant at 110%+ to toy. Toy tours 90% of customers they serve. 
• Weekly role requirements: one piece of content (either a post, story or content for the Hive). Maintain relevant sales results.
