The Role

As a Boutique Cluster Manager, you will inspire, captivate, and lead with storytelling at the heart of your approach for the Western Sydney customer market. Your mission is to guide your team of Honeys toward exceptional commercial success, champion best-practice customer service, and celebrate the unique qualities of each team member. 

Overseeing operations across our Penrith, Parramatta and Burwood Boutiques - you’ll bring exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of team-building strategies, and the ability to foster a collaborative, confident, and empowered workplace. Your leadership will ensure every Honey Birdette customer (and their partners) enjoys a luxurious red-carpet experience—always finding the perfect products to fulfill their Honey B needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
• Raising customer engagement & satisfaction.
• Empowering and encouraging of honeys needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note.
• Leading, coaching and providing feedback to honey team.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

• At least 2-years’ experience in a fast paces retail leadership role, multisite experience highly regarded
• Exceptional communication and an aching for providing an electrifying customer experience.
• You're able to travel between stores in your cluster to support your team
• Self-motivated and passionate about your team’s development and setting them up for success.
• Lead with empathy, compassion and are open-minded.
• Highly driven about the store success and passionate about the Honey B brand.
• Doesn’t shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations.
• Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
