The Role
As the National Training Manager, you will possess extensive knowledge of sales tips & tricks, have unparalleled excitement for driving brand knowledge and education, thrive in creating effective & engaging training tools & modules, and most importantly thrive in developing your fellow honeys into extraordinary sales assistants.
To be successful in this role, you will have a knack for analysing data and reporting on key metrics, build strong relations and partner with key leaders across departments, and be able to identify and advise on training tactics best suited for the business and its people.
Key Responsibilities
Actively support business targets when it comes to KPIs & Sales, through the delivery of impactful training content
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Honey Academy.
Induction program for all levels of the retail teams: inclusive of checklists, supportive videos & modules for the Hive, sign offs for in store training content.
Reporting across various metrics & measurements around training, engagement and sales.
Identify team engagement opportunities, especially with weekly new product content.
Use success rates to determine understanding of new modules
Partner with Department Heads outside of retail to support the roll out of new processes & policies.
Work with Country Leaders to build a yearly calendar of core Honey Academy sessions that need to happen, and support with Ad Hoc training sessions required to support the performance of the business
Provide supporting tools and content for Leaders to successfully host training sessions
Report on performance of targeted KPIs after training sessions are held to continue improve effectiveness
Your Sweet Spots (About You)
Minimum 2 years’ Retail Management and/or Training experience.
Passionate about people, learning & development, and building a highly engaged workforce.
Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills.
Exceptional public speaking and training session hosting abilities.
Proven track record of designing, creating and developing exciting training content.
Self-motivated, self-starter with high attention to detail, and high personal accountability.
Proven track record in analysing and interpreting data – reporting & guiding business direction and needs.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
